I paid with PayPal and it was super quick. No hassle or weird extra steps, just checked out and done lol.

I’ve had this happen a few times now in home Bargains, where the shelf label shows one price but it scans higher at the till. One member of staff sorted it out for me once, but another time I was just told the label was old, which made the whole thing feel a bit off.

I do like shopping there, but it’s frustrating because I sometimes only notice after I’ve already paid. It just makes it harder to trust what you’re actually spending, and the price labels really need checking more often

I ordered online from Home Bargains and the parcel just wasn’t right. A couple of things turned up that I definitely didn’t choose, and one item I actually paid for was missing. It didn’t feel like a tiny mistake either, more like no one really checked it properly. Now I’m stuck waiting around trying to get it sorted, which is sooo annoying. I don’t think I’d order online from them again.

I’ve ordered from Home Bargains a few times now and it’s been really straightforward every time. Delivery turns up when it’s meant to, no hassle, and the updates are easy enough to keep track of. Can’t really complain!

Ordered from home.bargains and the delivery was painfully slow. The tracking barely updated for days and the parcel arrived much later than I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but it did make me wonder what was going on. Probably won’t bother ordering online from them again.

I was angry that the item showed up damaged in the first place — that really shouldn’t have happened, and someone clearly wasn’t paying attention. I expected the return to be a total hassle, but to be fair, the staff were actually nice and sorted it out without messing me around. The refund went back on my card quickly too, so at least that part was handled properly

I ordered a few bits from home Bargains the website was way less annoying than I expected. The search actually worked, pages didn’t take ages to load, and checkout wasn’t some long, drawn-out hassle. For once, I didn’t end up getting irritated just trying to buy a few simple things. No real fuss, which is all I wanted

It was okay overall, but the queue got annoying. I didn’t mind waiting a little, but after a while it started to feel like it was taking forever. The experience was fine once I got through, but the waiting definitely took away from it.

I popped into Home Bargains today, it was just nice not having to wander around looking for a basket or trolley before I could even start shopping.

In my experience, some shops make this such a hassle, but there were plenty by the entrance and the trolleys weren’t all jammed together either. It made things much easier, especially as I only meant to grab a few bits and somehow ended up with more, as usual.

The area by the door looked tidy too, which I really appreciated. It’s a small thing, but for me it makes the whole shop feel more organised. Definitely 5 stars from me

There was plenty of parking when I went, which made the whole trip simple enough. The shop itself was fine too. I’m always a bit wary of places that make everything sound amazing in their ads, but this was just a normal, easy visit with no hassle.

It’s a decent shop overall, but the opening hours don’t really work for me. I usually finish work late, and by the time I get there, you’re either rushing because they’re about to close or it’s already shut. Weekends are always busy too, so trying to go then is a bit of a hassle. It’d be much better if they stayed open just a little later. Not a bad place at all, just not the most convenient...

I was impressed — the aisles were clean, and the shelves looked really nice and neat toooo. Made shopping feel easy and pleasant.

Popped in for a few bits and, for once, managed to get everything in one place. They even had a couple of things I usually struggle to find in other shops. The staff were restocking shelves while I was walking around, which probably helped. If you’re just doing a quick top-up shop, it makes a big difference not having to run around to three different places

I usually like home Bargains because you can pick up some decent everyday bits without spending too much, and I have found some good deals there. That said, I do regret not paying closer attention to the discount signs sometimes, because they can be a bit confusing. A few things ended up not being as cheap as I thought they were. It’s still fine for basics, but I’ll definitely double-check prices next time

Popped into Home Bargains yesterday just to grab a few bits, but I ended up getting a bit confused about where everything was. One of the staff stopped what she was doing, took me over to the right aisle, and even went to check the back for something that wasn’t on the shelf. She was so friendly about it as well, not like I was being a pain or anything. The lady on the checkout was lovely too. Just an easy, decent shop really, and the staff made it that bit nicer.

I always seem to find bits cheaper here than anywhere else, and the quality has been fine too. With prices going up everywhere, I do feel a bit pressured to watch every penny, so saving a few quid each week really helps.

But then I started unpacking and realized one item was missing, and one of the boxes was damaged too. So the speed was nice, but I definitely wish the order had arrived complete and in better shape.

I did end up getting the help I needed, so that was good. The only thing is the replies were slow, which made it a little frustrating at times...

The queues moved slowly, which was frustrating on its own, but what annoyed me more was the lack of clear communication. I wasn’t really sure what was going on or how long the wait would be, so it made the whole experience feel more irritating than it needed to.
